7. TICKET TRANSFER: When the buyer has their ticket with a barcode, they can send it to a friend or family member if they wish. Each ticket is valid for one (1) person only. We are not responsible for duplicate tickets by people other than us.
8. DENIAL OF ADMISSION: We are not responsible if you have duplicate or falsified tickets, purchased from people outside of our company. If you have purchased tickets through untrustworthy resellers you will not be guaranteed entry to the event.
9. LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED TICKETS: Remember to keep your tickets in a safe place. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, stolen or damaged tickets. Each person is responsible for their ticket since, after purchasing it, it will only be sent once by email. In the case of tickets purchased at our authorized ticket offices, the ticket will only be printed once.

FEE FOR SERVICES, CHARGES AND TAXES: Every ticket purchased on our website www.americoncert.com has a charge for service and order processing based on the percentages applied by our commercial partners, making it clear that we do not obtain any type of profit for these percentages, however, in some cases, the customer can go directly to our authorized ticket offices and purchase their ticket, thus reducing the cost of the service fee. We American Concert collect the tax authorized by the government entity as established by EE.UU Law, which will be applied to each of the tickets purchased on our website.
11. OPENING EVENTS OR PRESENCE OF SECONDARY ARTISTS: We are not responsible for secondary artists or opening acts since we are not always aware of the events or the duration of the presentation of each invited secondary artist. Changes or cancellations of secondary artists for the event may vary without prior notice. If this happens we are not obliged to make any refund.
12. REFUND FOR EVENT CANCELLATION, POSTPONED OR RESCHEDULED: In the event that an event is cancelled: No action will be required by the customer to obtain a refund, AMERICAN CONCERT in order to ensure the well-being of our customers will issue a refund based on the original payment used at the time of your purchase. In some cases you can choose whether you want to receive the funds or credit them for another concert of the same value. If the ticket for the other event costs more, the client must pay the difference.
In the event that the event is postponed or rescheduled: your ticket will remain valid and no further action will be required. However, if you cannot attend the event due to a new date, you can request a full refund or credit it towards another event in case the ticket for the other event costs more and the customer must pay the difference.
In the event that your event is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled AMERICAN CONCERT will attempt to contact you and inform you of the status of your event.
13. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY: We prohibit the use of this Website for any illegal conduct. You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, federal and international laws, ordinances and regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, by using this Website, you agree not to use any false personal information or use an invalid or unauthorized credit or debit card and you agree not to use or permit anyone to use information provided through this Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
14. PRICES AND OTHER ERRORS: If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect or if you order a ticket that should not have been put on sale, then we will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund the amount you paid. This will apply regardless of whether the error occurred due to human error or transactional malfunction of the Site or another system operated by AMERICAN CONCERT. You voluntarily assume all risks and dangers inherent in the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during or after the event, and waive any claim for personal injury or death against us, management, facilities, the artists and other participants and all of our respective parents, affiliated entities, agents, officers, directors, owners and employees on behalf of you and any accompanying minor.
You assume all risks, dangers and dangers arising from or in any way related to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness, including, but not limited to, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of cause a communicable disease or illness, whether the exposure occurs before, during or after the event, and regardless of how it was caused or contracted, and you hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims against AMERICAN CONCERT, in relation to said risks and dangers.

17. YOU ARE SUBJECT TO REVIEW: Under certain facility rules, certain items may not be brought into the facility, including but not limited to: firearms, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, laser pointers, strobe lights, irritants, packages and containers.
